I would go so far as to say keep religion in the home. Every person should have and read a copy of all the main religions’ holy books and laws. People should discuss them all in their own families and decide on what to bring to their own lives from the wisdom of all these great sages and prophets. There will be a realisation that everyone’s God is the same one by a different name.
The Ten Commandments are enough laws, along with no alcohol between sun-up and sun-down. Drunkenness will be a crime. Tobacco will just not be grown, except for small specialist die-hard smokers. Their choice. Free electronic cigarettes will be available. Everyone will have a house, an allotment and a job.
